Position: Costing & Pricing Executive (Incoming Tourism)

Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00)

Job description: 

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating the costs based on client requirements.

Short key responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost calculations in Excel for holiday packages based on client inquiries, factoring in accommodation, transport, guiding, meals, entrance fees and other services
• Create and update quotations and proposals, ensuring cost transparency, clarity and profitability
• Maintain and regularly update cost sheets and pricing databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support the reservations team by providing reliable, well-structured costing information for client offers
• Analyze package components and margins to identify opportunities for cost optimization and enhanced value

Must-have requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or a related field 
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent mathematical abilities 
• Proven expertise in performing detailed calculations and cost analysis 
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for cost calculations 
• Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills
