Company ACE Forwarding LLC is looking for employee Declarant Position (Must have Declarant License )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Issuing of CD for – Import/export/ re-declaration - in timely manner
- Control of issuing pre alert CD - in timely manner
- Control of timely completion of accounting reports
- Determine areas where efficiency and effectiveness can be improved
- Reporting functions to Project Manager
- To be fully aware of company’s Quality & HSE Policy, company objectives, issues, procedures
Job Requirements:
- Report to operators each week
- Complete expense report & submit to accounts each morning
- Report any issues / discrepancies to operators
- Pre-advise potential issues
- Monitor status of issued CD.
- Assist with solving discrepancy in documents/freight
- Raise Non Conformance Reports and follow up with closure
- Update company records / checklists
- Liaise with local operators / customs brokers
- Ensure all communication with customer/agent is presented in professional manner
- Close interface with agents and determine possible issues where service can be improved
- Develop strong rapport/relationship with customs in the best interest to ACE
- Support and inform Management as & when required.
- Support and liaise as necessary with other departments/warehouse to ensure that company’s goals are achieved
- Share knowledge/skills; provide guidance and supervision to new colleagues.
- Additional tasks as requested.

Salary 1500AZN + bonus system is applicable.
