We are looking for a passionate and talented Co-Founder to join our team in developing and building our cutting-edge app. As a Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product from the ground up and will be integral to the company’s success.

Job Description:

As a Co-Founder, your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical development of our mobile app. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the product vision is translated into high-quality software. Your work will directly impact the app's performance, scalability, and user experience, and you will be a key decision-maker in setting the technical direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development: Oversee and actively contribute to the development of the app, writing clean, scalable, and efficient code primarily using one of the following language models: Flutter, Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Product Strategy: Work closely with the founding team to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring technical feasibility of product features.
• Architecture & Design: Design and build robust app architectures that can handle scaling, performance optimization, and security considerations.
• Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver an exceptional product.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle technical challenges and continuously improve the app’s functionality, user experience, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development with proficiency in mobile app development.
• Experience in building mobile apps, with knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot (Java), Android (Kotlin), Flask/Django (Python), Flutter, etc.
• Experience with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, database management, and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in startup environments or co-founding teams is a plus.
