AEM ELEKTRON is expanding its sales team and looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with key corporate clients and drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with corporate and B2B clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client portfolio
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Conduct negotiations and close sales deals with corporate customers
  • Coordinate closely with Pre-Sales, technical, and product teams to deliver optimal solutions
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business events

Candidate Requirements

  • Higher education in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in corporate / B2B sales (IT or technology sector is an advantage)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Result-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Languages:

  • Azerbaijani — full professional proficiency (oral and written)
  • Russian — full professional proficiency (business correspondence, negotiations, presentations)
  • English — intermediate to upper-intermediate (B1–B2+): business communication, meetings, and correspondence with partners
