We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to manage and scale our support operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can drive performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve processes. This position possesses excellent and empathetic service skills, maintains composure in difficult situations. We are a fast-growing SaaS company focused on delivering innovative QR Code solutions for global clients across various industries. You’ll work closely with other departments to improve processes, implement new tools, and represent the voice of the customer inside the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day support operations and ensure SLA, quality, and performance targets are consistently met
  • Own team KPIs, QA processes, and performance reviews, identify gaps and act on them proactively
  • Oversee AI and automation workflows; spot inefficiencies and drive improvements without waiting to be asked
  • Serve as the primary bridge between support, product, and data teams translate customer patterns into actionable insights
  • Manage escalations, hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning within established frameworks
  • Continuously audit existing systems and processes, find what's broken or missing before it becomes a problem

What we're looking for:

  • Analytical thinker who spots problems before they're flagged
  • Comfortable operating independently in a structured but fast-moving environment
  • Understands the bigger picture, support as a function that feeds product and business decisions
  • Experience with AI-assisted support tools and data-driven workflows is a strong plus
  • Strong English communication skills

Working hours:

  • You’ll be working 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (13:00–14:00 lunch time). Four days will be based in the office, and one day (Friday) you can work from home.

Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
