We are looking for Head of Ads Department to join our team. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an advanced understanding of Paid digital media tools, strategies and will be responsible for managing, analysing and optimising our global paid digital advertising campaigns, especially Google and Bing ads.

Job responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of Google Ads performance across all accounts and GEOs, driving revenue growth and profitability (not just traffic or conversions)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the overall business model, revenue drivers, and unit economics, ensuring ads strategies align with business outcomes
  • Define and drive the strategic direction of performance marketing, synthesizing insights from performance data, market dynamics, and competitor activity
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of competitive advantage, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Design, build, and continuously improve scalable campaign structures, workflows, and optimization systems that maximize performance and efficiency
  • Establish and refine KPIs, performance tracking systems, and budget allocation strategies aligned with business goals
  • Analyze performance to identify trends, risks, and bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and take fast, structured action across ads, product, and tracking
  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new GEOs, adapting strategies based on market performance
  • Build and implement automation solutions to optimize workflows, reduce manual work, and improve scalability of ads operations
  • Lead the Ads team with a focus on ownership and performance outcomes, designing incentive and motivation systems that drive accountability and results
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to align ads performance with broader business strategy
  • Drive a culture of continuous testing, iteration, and performance improvement, prioritizing high-impact opportunities

Skills and abilities:

Hard Skills (Must-Have)

  • Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search & Performance Max) with proven experience managing and scaling high-budget campaigns
  • Strong understanding of search intent, keyword architecture, and query behavior
  • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize scalable campaign structures and performance frameworks (not just manage campaigns)
  • Experience creating and implementing KPIs, performance tracking systems, and decision-making frameworks
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable decisions under uncertainty
  • Strong ability to diagnose performance issues and identify root causes across campaigns, data, and market factors
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling revenue-driving performance channels
  • Experience leading teams with a focus on accountability and performance outcomes

Hard Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for analysis and process building
  • Experience launching and scaling campaigns across multiple GEOs/markets
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing or performance-based business models
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. gambling, fintech, etc.)
  • Experience with automation, scripts, or API-based workflows in Google Ads
  • Understanding of tracking, attribution models, and data pipelines
  • Experience collaborating with product, development, and sales team

  • Clear and structured communication and cross-functional collaboration, effectively aligning with product, sales, and engineering teams
  • Ability to design and enforce performance-driven team environments, including incentive structures, accountability systems, and engagement processes that drive consistent results

Working hours:

  •  You’ll be working 5 days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (13:00-14:00 lunch time). Four days will be based in the office, and one day (Friday) you can work from home.

Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
