Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the production and processing of agricultural products while promoting sustainable and innovative development in the food sector. We engage in diverse activities, from grain cultivation to producing essential food items like milk and flour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance safety rules with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards specific to agribusiness.
- Help develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards related to agricultural practices and equipment.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of control measures and making recommendations for improvements.
- Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees, ensuring they understand safety protocols and practices.
- Help maintain training records and monitor employee participation.
- Assist in documenting incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring all reports are complete and accurate.
- Support to conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Assist in conducting drills and training sessions for emergency preparedness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HSE role;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; additional languages are a plus;
- Basic knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and industry standards.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
