Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Risk Expert to join our team and play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within the company. In this position, you will develop and implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards while fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks related to company operations;
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures;
• Implement risk controls and monitor risk exposures;
• Communicate and collaborate with risk owners to foster a culture of risk awareness;
• Prepare risk reports and ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in finance, economics, business administration, agriculture, or related fields;
• Understanding of various risk assessment methods, including quantitative and qualitative analyses;
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that could impact the business;
• Strong foundation in risk modeling techniques and related tools;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
• Azerbaijani and English language skills are required;
• Prior experience in incident management, audit, or risk management is preferred;
• Strong analytical thinking;
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively present risk information to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
