About the role:
Agromach MMC is looking for a reliable and organized Operations Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations and coordination tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Procurement of goods from suppliers
- Sales support: responding to incoming client inquiries
- Coordination of local logistics and deliveries
- Organization and management of business documentation
- Assisting the Director with operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Male, up to 30 years old
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Responsible and proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of Excel and office tools
- Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani
- Comfortable working in both office and operational environments
Salary & Benefits:
- Probation period: 600–800 AZN
- After successful completion of probation: 900–1200 AZN + performance-based bonuses
