To manage and coordinate end-to-end container transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with international logistics standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Container Operations
• Coordinate import, export, and transit container shipments (FCL / LCL)
• Arrange container bookings with shipping lines, agents, and freight forwarders
• Monitor container movement from origin to destination
• Control container release, return, detention, and demurrage

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and check shipping documents (BL, manifests, invoices, packing lists)
• Ensure compliance with customs, port, and carrier requirements
• Coordinate with customs brokers and terminals

Operational Control

• Track vessel schedules, ETA/ETD, and container status
• Resolve operational issues (delays, rollovers, damaged containers)
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports

Cost & Performance Control

• Monitor operational costs and optimize logistics expenses
• Support billing, invoicing, and cost reconciliation
• Prepare operational performance reports (KPIs, transit time, costs)

Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, agents, ports, terminals, and transporters
• Provide clients with shipment updates and operational support
• Escalate risks and delays proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in container logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding
• Knowledge of container shipping processes and Incoterms
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
