Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Contracts and Documentation Specialist to join our Business Services Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing contracts, invoices, and acceptance acts in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all documentation meets internal standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contracts, invoices, and acceptance acts with customers/suppliers related to business services, projects activities and membership;
  • Ensure that contracts and other legal documents comply with internal standards and legal requirements;
  • Coordinate the approval and signature process of prepared documents with relevant parties;
  • Properly archive contracts and related documents both electronically and in hard copy;
  • Registration of all contracts in system;
  • Work in coordination with employees of the business service, finance and admin departments to support documentation processes for delivered and purchased services;
  • Collect and provide necessary information for internal documentation and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in Law, Finance, Management, or another relevant field;
  • At least 1–2 years of experience working with contracts and commercial documentation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani; proficiency in English; 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel;
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to understand the content of legal documents and draft them correctly.
