Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Leading Financial Reporting and Budgeting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliance, reporting and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and monitors the company's financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with IFRS standards;
  • Performs audit procedures designed to verify the accuracy of the company's financial statements (monthly);
  • Prepares a budget based on the data of the company's functional units and monitors the integrity of the data;
  • Prepares monthly reports of the company's actual income and expenses and analyzes these reports in comparison with the budget;
  • Identifies and analyzes deviations from the given budget. Analyzes significant differences and high-value expenses detected outside the budget and informs the head of the department and department about this;
  • Conducts an audit of the submitted budget presentations in terms of whether they are exposed to possible risks and informs the head of the department about potential problem areas that may arise;
  • Makes proposals for improving the budget model;
  • Conducts an analysis of income and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance and economics;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of finance; (budget preparation experience is a priority)
  • Mathematical thinking, analytical thinking skills and obtaining statistical indicators;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of IFRS;
  • Ability to independently prepare financial statements;
  • At least F3 certificate in ACCA;
  • Fluent in English;
  • High level of ability to work with Microsoft Office programs;
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative;
  • Planning, proper time management, timely execution and verification of assigned tasks.
  • Experience in manufacturing, ACCA F5, F7 certifications and Practical knowledge of PowerBI, SQL are considered a plus
