Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily activities on the construction site to ensure compliance with architectural plans, designs, and specifications.
• İnspect and verify the quality of work and ensure that all work adheres to relevant safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of construction work and identify any defects or issues that may arise.
• Ensure that work is carried out to meet the specified architectural standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document and report any discrepancies or changes to the project manager or architect and propose solutions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, issues, and site conditions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Identify potential design issues and collaborate with the architect or project manager to develop and implement solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction methods.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure.
• Certification or training in architecture is a plus.
• Experience in façade architecture is advantage.
