Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the mechanical installation processes on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems are installed according to design specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of mechanical work, ensuring that all installations meet required safety standards and regulatory codes.
• Perform regular site checks to verify that mechanical components are installed correctly and perform as intended.
• Address any issues or discrepancies in the installation process and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure all mechanical systems are tested (e.g., pressure testing, system checks) and properly commissioned before handover.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on site progress, issues, and any modifications to the mechanical systems or designs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising mechanical systems installation on construction sites.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other relevant systems.
• Familiarity with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards related to mechanical engineering.
