AutoCapital Azerbaijan is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our finance team.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures, and financial documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Russian language is mandatory; English is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting and/or tax records for assigned areas (bank operations, settlements with counterparties, sales accounting, inventory and fixed assets accounting, advance reports, supplier settlements, etc.)
- Receive, verify, and process primary accounting documents
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in accounting systems (1C, ERP, etc.)
- Conduct reconciliations with customers, suppliers, dealers, including Mercedes-Benz
- Prepare invoices and issue electronic delivery notes for goods, works, and services in accordance with the Tax Code requirements of the Republic of Azerbaijan
- Participate in month-end and reporting period closing procedures
- Assist in inventory processes and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments on accounting-related matters
- Maintain proper document flow and archive management
