Job Description:
- Avando is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and coordination of various upskilling training programs with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the day-to-day execution of bootcamps
- Manage communication with trainees, Vocational Education Schools, trainers, and employer partners
- Align training schedules, venues, and practical training sessions
- Coordinate on-the-job practical training conducted at employer sites
- Organize onboarding and orientation for trainees and trainers
- Prepare and adapt training materials (presentations, programs, etc.)
- Ensure training delivery aligns with the approved curriculum and agreed standards
- Track attendance, progress, and key operational indicators
- Provide operational support for assessments, exams, and certification processes
- Organize and follow up on working group meetings and partner meetings
- Collect feedback from trainees and employers
- Identify operational risks and propose improvement actions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in coordination, operations management, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in Azerbaijani (English is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment;
