Aviation Services Group GHC branch is looking for a Cost Controller to join its Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end reports and perform financial data analysis.
- Calculate the monthly cost of services, taking into account cost allocations and cost classifications.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve Cost Control procedures.
- Participate in physical inventory counts as a representative of the Finance Department to ensure effective financial control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in cost control or accounting.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation.
- Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling direct and indirect costs.
- Practical experience in cost allocation and cost calculation.
- Experience with month-end closing processes.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, internal control procedures, and inventory management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Procurement and Logistics teams to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in 1C: Enterprise and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, DipIFR, CAP, or CIPA are considered an advantage.
- Good command of English and Russian is preferred.

- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport,
- Work schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 09:00 to 18:00)
