ASG Sky Catering (located at Heydar Aliyev International Airport) is currently seeking a Senior Storekeeper.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel).
• Experience working with 1C and other warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of quality control standards (AQTA and HACCP) and related procedures.
• Detail-oriented and highly responsible.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and accurate recording of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Organize proper storage and ensure compliance with storage requirements within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in 1C and other warehouse systems.
• Prepare and archive warehouse documentation (goods acceptance reports, delivery notes, etc.).
• Monitor product quality and storage conditions, ensuring compliance with AQTA and HACCP standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Oversee order, discipline, safety, and sanitation standards within the warehouse.

Working Conditions

• Employment is regulated in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Work location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
• Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, 09:00–18:00).
• The company provides free shuttle transportation from various locations (Koroglu metro station, Bakikhanov, Amirjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani, etc.).
• Lunch is provided by the company.
• Salary will be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
