ASG Business Aviation is looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and organized Shift Manager to support and coordinate our daily flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage ground handling services in alignment with aircraft schedules and daily flight plans.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of ordered (chartered) flights.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with crews, ground service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to flight dispatch and ground operations.
- Respond promptly to operational changes or irregularities, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian — both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous work experience is not mandatory but will be considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Employment and benefits in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Working place: ASG Business Aviation building, Mardakan highway (Heydar Aliyev International Airport)
Shift-based schedule:
- Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:00
- Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00 (next day)
- Followed by 2 days off
