Job responsibilities
- Attend in development of specifications with requesting departments
- Carry out all prior clarifications
- Issue RFQs
- Prepare bid tabulations
- Make commercial and technical bid evaluations
- Place and expedite orders
- Coordinate preparation of agreements with legal department
- Coordinate payments
- Prepare status reports for all ongoing orders
- Ensure all processes are in line with company policy and procedures
- Ensure all activities are transparent and auditable
- Ensure all back-up docs are in place
- Liaise with all related departments & carry out other work related tasks
Requirements
- Min 1 year full-time work experience
- Good market knowledge
- Fluent in Azerbaijani
- Good English
- Russian would be an advantage
