Job Description:
- Greet and direct visitors and clients entering the company's office
- Answer telephone calls and direct them as necessary
- Receive and register incoming letters and documents
- Perform tasks assigned by management and support office work
- Assist in the daily functions and duties of the Human Resources department
- Collect necessary documents and information from newly hired employees
- Prepare employee personal files
- Assist in conducting required meetings, interviews, and other events
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of Labor Code
- Basic knowledge in the field of Human Resources
- Career goal in Human Resources
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and attentive
- Highly motivated to learn and develop
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
