Location: Baku

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Reports To: Head of Human Resources Department

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes, providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Manage job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes. 
  • Assess training needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to various skill levels and roles.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary.

Job Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Open to local business trips
