Reports To: Head of Human Resources Department
Job Responsibilities
- Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and participate in interview processes, providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Manage job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Assess training needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to various skill levels and roles.
- Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Open to local business trips
