ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the preparation of the learners meets the state educational standards;
- Organize and implement the upbringing and comprehensive harmonious development of the learners;
- Monitor the health status of each learner in the group and work towards strengthening it;
- Provide care for the learners, strive to ensure their emotional well-being, and comply with the requirements of the medical staff;
- Plan educational and upbringing activities;
- Ensure the implementation of the daily routine established for the learners;
- Regulate the relationships and interactions among the learners;
- Ensure that learners are able to express their thoughts in English;
- Prepare learners for school;
- Maintain regular communication with the family to ensure the learners’ comprehensive development;
- Manage the classroom and teaching space;
- Motivate learners to discover and realize their potential;
- Apply progressive teaching technologies;
- Prepare to deliver quality instruction and carry out necessary documentation work;
- Ensure that the classroom, equipment, and materials entrusted to them are kept in proper working condition;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of English
- Familiarity with the EYFS National Curriculum (England and Wales) is essential
- Strong curriculum understanding.
- Strong subject area knowledge.
- A ‘can do’ approach to work and a strong work ethic.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and students.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience and a recognized teaching qualification.
- The ability to form and maintain good working relations with colleagues.
- The desire to build a strong subject.
- PGCE or recognized teaching qualification/license.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / Licensed Teacher Essential
