Main responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare periodic maintenance programs for all electrical / electronic equipment and machine parts, as well as high-voltage wires, transformer substations and generators;
- Check monthly electricity costs, daily reactive / active parts and prepare reports;
- Check the work of electrical technicians, prepare schedules and determine a business plan;
- Prepare research and planning projects on electricity saving;
- Provide electrical / electronic equipment and supplies;
- Make changes to PLC programs on the machine, implement programs and ensure that the system operates at peak performance;
- Monitor, ensure and manage training programs for electrical technicians;
- Ensure that electrical technicians use personal protective equipment;
- Take the residues and wastes generated after interventions such as malfunctions or maintenance to the designated area for reuse;
- To comply with the standards in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan regulating this field and the internal procedures of the Company, which form the basis of periodically received trainings related to ecology;
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
- Review the principles of sustainable development and monitoring, report, send to management and, if necessary plan and implement any corrective and preventive measures;
- Responsible for timely training of subordinates and their work in accordance with the work instructions;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in production
- High level of English language skills
- Ability to read technical blueprints
- Experience in electrical engineering
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in complex electrical and electronic circuits
- Problem solving skills
- Teamwork skills
- Communication skills
