Key responsibilities

Assisting with data entry and maintaining financial records.

Preparing and organizing invoices, checking of payments supporting documentation and expense reports.

Helping with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Assisting in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Using Excel and accounting ERP software (SAP) to input financial information under supervision.

Performing basic financial data analysis and identifying discrepancies.

Reconciling bank statements and financial records under supervision.

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing procedures under supervision.

Collecting and organizing information for audits.

Conducting basic financial research and gathering company data from project accounting teams when required.

Providing general administrative support to the finance department.

Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.

Key Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Experience & Technical Skills

Prior professional experience is an advantage; Other experience such as internship, coursework, or short-term project experience is accepted.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, basic data analysis).

Previous experience with Excel, accounting tasks, data entry, or financial reporting is desirable.

Knowledge of accounting ERP on a basic level is desirable; knowledge of SAP ERP software is a strong advantage.

Ability to work with financial data and spreadsheets accurately.
