Chief Pipeline Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience on Topsides Projects or related field in oil and gas industry.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams, contractors, and departments.
Effective management of work permits and operational procedures.
Clear communication with field teams, engineers, and management.
Ability to write technical reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Good coordination with external contractors and regulatory bodies.
Understanding of industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Ability to ensure compliance during operations, maintenance, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily pipeline operations and maintenance activities.
Ensure pipelines operate efficiently, safely, and within regulatory limits.
Monitor system performance, pressure levels, and flow rates.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Enforce company safety policies and industry regulations.
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident prevention programs.
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of pipeline infrastructure.
Coordinate inspection activities such as pigging, corrosion monitoring, and leak detection.
Ensure quick response and resolution for pipeline faults or emergencies.
Lead and manage pipeline technicians, operators, and maintenance crews.
Assign work schedules and supervise field activities.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation for team members.
Coordinate pipeline construction, repair, and expansion projects.
Work with engineering teams, contractors, and other departments.
Ensure projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare operational reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
