Minimum Requirements:
- Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation.
- Minimum 15 years oil & gas commissioning experience.
- Previous offshore topside or gas compression project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures, loop testing, telecom systems, and integrated control systems.
- BP project experience preferred.
- Leadership and coordination

- Good understanding of SHM and commissioning databases
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead I&C&T commissioning activities for assigned systems and subsystems.
- Prepare commissioning procedures, schedules, and all other required documents.
- Review drawings, loop diagrams, cause & effect charts, and vendor documents.
- Coordinate loop checks, functional tests, SATs, and integrated system testing.
- Support MC, RFC, RFDC, and SH1 activities.
- Supervise vendors and discipline commissioning engineers and technicians.
- Ensure commissioning dossiers and punch lists are completed.
- Coordinate with Construction, Operations, QA/QC, HSE, and other disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, SIMOPS, isolation, energizing procedures, and safety requirements.
- Support troubleshooting and startup activities
