Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed lifting plans and method statements for routine and complex lifts
- Perform load calculations, crane selection, and rigging design• Verify crane load charts and lifting capacities
- Review and approve lifting equipment (slings, shackles, spreader beams, etc.)
- Conduct ground bearing pressure calculations
- Assess environmental factors (wind, terrain, obstructions• nsure all lifting activities comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks related to lifting operations
- Investigate lifting-related incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure valid certifications for cranes, operators, and lifting gear• Supervise critical and heavy lifts on-site
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
- Liaise with crane suppliers and third-party inspectors
- Monitor lifting operations to ensure adherence to approved lift plans)

- Mon–Fri: 07:15 – 17:00
- Saturday: 07:15 – 15:30
