Azroksan is seeking a dedicated Administrative Affairs Specialist to oversee and ensure the effective, safe, and timely execution of administrative, transportation, and social service operations within the company. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and service providers to guarantee smooth operations and compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supervising all activities aimed at ensuring effective, safe, and rapid flow of documents and information within and outside the company.
  • Planning, coordinating, ensuring the implementation and supervision of all services within the scope of transportation and social services.
  • To coordinate the work within the Directorate's responsibility in tender studies regarding service procurements within the scope of transportation and social services, ensuring that the services are performed in accordance with the contract/specification requirements.
  • To coordinate the planning and implementation of protocol services, and to supervise/ensure their supervision.
  • Coordinating the administrative activities of places such as the liaison office and the Research Center.
  • Coordinate the service needs of firing tests and other activities outside of company facilities.
  • To inspect the canteen and pool cafeteria operated by contracted companies for cleanliness, order, and compliance with service requirements.
  • To ensure the determination and distribution of basic consumables, promotional items (calendar, diary, etc.), stationery, cleaning, food and beverage type catering material needs.
  • He/she is responsible for the work assigned by his/her manager within the principles of the above-mentioned job description and within the scope of company interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience of 5–10 years in administrative coordination, service management, or contract supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
