About the job:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our team operating in industrial automation and advanced technology solutions. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the full lifecycle of production and design projects, contributing to the development, implementation, and improvement of automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the needs of electrical and electronic systems based on industrial automation technologies in coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders 
• Participate in cost reduction, production technology improvement, and root cause analysis activities in production and mass production design projects 
• Define technical requirements and corresponding verification methods for machinery, equipment, and systems 
• Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs based on research of existing and innovative technologies 
• Execute and coordinate design phases such as PDR (Preliminary Design Review) and CDR (Critical Design Review) 
• Perform analyses, simulations, and testing of electrical and automation systems and report results 
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation including electrical schematics, I/O lists, automation software, and technical specifications 
• Plan and coordinate procurement processes for machinery, equipment, and systems 
• Conduct technical evaluations of supplier proposals and prepare related reports 
• Ensure that manufacturing processes (on-site and off-site) are carried out in compliance with design requirements 
• Execute testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities to verify system performance and ensure successful delivery 
• Monitor advancements in industrial technologies such as PLC, SCADA, DCS, ICS, and OT systems and propose improvements 
• Develop and implement automation solutions for new and existing production processes 
• Design and develop prototypes or pilot systems for validation and process improvement 
• Participate in technology transfer projects, including system analysis, testing, and commissioning 
• Prepare project timelines, resource plans, and cost analyses based on lifecycle requirements 
• Develop operation manuals, maintenance instructions, and spare parts lists 
• Prepare FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) plans and report results 
• Provide technical support for investment feasibility studies 
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of designs 
• Report regularly to management on activities and project progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field 
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience 
• Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems 
• Strong knowledge of electrical design and ability to read and prepare technical drawings 
• Experience in I/O design and technical documentation 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Project management and planning skills
• Technical proficiency in English
