About the Job:

• The Logistics Operations Technician will handle, track, and manage materials, semi-finished and finished products, including hazardous materials, within the warehouse and production areas. The role ensures accurate inventory, proper storage, safe transportation, and supports production and workshop operations in line with company procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle, count, check, and package materials accurately and transfer them to the relevant units correctly.
• Perform inventory reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing materials or documents.
• Conduct mobile inventory operations using handheld terminals.
• Share material and process knowledge with stakeholders to create a more efficient working environment.
• Supervise and manage porterage services provided by subcontractor companies.
• Follow company business processes, contribute to their improvement, and implement corporate values supporting the company’s vision and mission.
• Use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and relevant applications for warehouse requests and forklift operations.
• Control the recorded and physical status of materials, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring proper storage according to conditions and unit conversions.
• Read and interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and handle hazardous chemical substances according to safety instructions.
• Palletize, load, and retrieve materials safely, including hazardous materials, following Heavy Duty Racking System (AHRS) procedures.
• Prepare materials for production, manage material transfers and receipts, and coordinate urgent or critical parts for workshops.
• Open, monitor, and close work orders in MES and ERP systems, ensuring proper inventory movements and batch/serial number tracking.
• Perform field support, material distribution, and lineside management in affiliated workshops, including monitoring transport carts and crates.
• Repair, scrap, or fabricate transport vehicles and crates as needed, and manage proper lashing/fixing for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with handling hazardous materials safely.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and support production processes.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to corporate values and safety regulations.
