Your mission:
- Design and implement compensation packages aligned with business goals, strategy and organizational culture.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks and ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and review job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications.
- Prepare reports, conduct audits, and present findings to management.
- Ensure all compensation practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
