Bağçam Preschool Network is looking for a Project Manager to join our team and contribute to brand development and the management of communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication and brand strategies;
• Prepare annual and monthly communication plans;
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all platforms and branches;
• Manage social media and content strategies;
• Ensure that photography, video, design, and written materials meet brand standards;
• Communicate with parents and analyze their feedback and expectations;
• Coordinate brand and communication campaigns;
• Coordinate activities with design, social media marketing, and sales teams, as well as external partners;
• Contribute to media relations and reputation management;
• Analyze communication results and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in communications, PR, brand management, or marketing;
• Practical knowledge of brand management, content, and digital communications;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Azerbaijani;
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and strong organizational skills;
• Proficiency in English and/or Russian is an advantage;
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
