Location: Gum Adasi, Baku, Azerbaijan
Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
Transportation: Provided by the company via shuttle buses (to and from the office)
About the role
- The People Experience Junior Specialist will support the execution of internal communications, employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture events across the company. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee experience, strengthening workplace culture and delivering effective communication programs that keep employees informed, aligned and engaged.
Key Accountabilities
- Support planning and execution of internal communication activities and campaigns
- Assist in organizing corporate events, engagement initiatives and employee programs
- Draft and support production of internal content (announcements, newsletters, digital materials)
- Assist with planning and coordination of internal projects related to culture and employee experience
- Maintain communication channels and support performance of employee engagement platforms
- Provide operational support for People & Culture initiatives
- Contribute ideas and take initiative to improve processes and employee experience
- Support various administrative tasks within the People & Culture function when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Interest and initial experience in internal communications or related fields
- Strong event and project organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Azerbaijani language proficiency
- Minimum B1 level of English
