What You'll Be Doing:

Analyze and Document Business Needs

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business and technical requirements for new functionalities in the trading system.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate on System Development

• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring requirements are well understood and deliverables align with expectations.
• Support project initiatives by preparing use cases, process maps, and functional prototypes for trading system enhancements.

Drive Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and compliance.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure flawless execution.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.

Support Optimization and Change Management

• Assist in implementing system optimizations, managing change requests, and ensuring trading systems remain efficient and user-friendly.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and insights, leveraging data to support operational decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1+ years of combined experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or a hybrid role.
• Hands-on experience with trading systems and financial markets and domain knowledge (preferred).

Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong technical writing and documentation expertise.
• Proficiency in testing tools, methodologies, and data analysis platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with trading system workflows, compliance standards, and financial instruments is highly desirable.
• Understanding of testing protocols and QA processes is a strong plus.
