As a Junior Listing Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring issuer compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks while supporting market operations and listing processes. Your work will directly contribute to building trust in Azerbaijan’s capital markets and promoting good governance practices among issuers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Establish and develop business relations with existing and prospective capital market participants (issuers, investment companies, financial institutions, etc.)
• You will support the listing process by preparing and reviewing documentation submitted by issuers.
• You will assist in maintaining and updating the issuer database while monitoring the progress of applications.
• You will collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth coordination of listing-related activities.
• You will provide administrative and operational support in listing, trading, and disclosure processes.
• You will help organize meetings, forums, and events with capital market participants.
• You will be involved in preparing reports, presentations, and materials for both internal and external use.
• You will stay informed about listing regulations and market trends and assist in drafting updates or process improvements.
• You will handle routine issuer inquiries and support their onboarding process.
• You will contribute to a culture of accuracy, collaboration, and professionalism within the team.

Who We're Looking For

You're a strong fit if:

• You have an educational background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have up to 1 year of work experience in the financial sector (e.g., banking, investment, or capital markets)
• You have a strong interest and basic knowledge in finance, economics, and capital markets
• You pay close attention to detail and can work accurately with documents and data
• You are organized and capable of handling routine tasks efficiently
• You have solid Excel skills (formulas, tables, filters) and can prepare clear presentations in PowerPoint
• You are proactive, responsible, and open to learning in a dynamic work environment

Additional points will be given if you also have: 

• Knowledge of capital market instruments and business strategy. 
• You have experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. 
• You are enthusiastic and flexible with a readiness to take initiative.
