Where you'll fit within the team:
- Key Contributor: As member of our team, you will play a central role in identification capital markets trends, product lines for exchanges and future development of products and their functionalities;
- Collaborative Partner: You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including all structure units to ensure seamless communication and alignment of product functioning and regulatory framework of each product;
- Strategic Influencer: Your insights into market trends will help in more deep-dive understanding our products and operations;
- Problem Solver: You’ll tackle complex technological aspects and drive innovative solutions, leveraging your expertise to identify regulatory framework development needs, technological readiness and economical reasoning of each product line;
- Product Ownership: With your project management skills and ownership, you will lead the product development starting from the scratch till the end users- capital market participants;
- Industry Explorer: You’ll stay ahead of capital markets trends, bringing fresh ideas and advancements to the team and contributing to our ongoing evolution and increasing financial literacy in the country.
What you'll do:
- You will be in-charge of capital markets activities research, finding industry trends for bonds and equity markets and exploring opportunities to implement new market segments, activities within local capital markets;
- You will be responsible to develop current product line attractiveness and bringing new stock exchange products by elevating their implications for relevance to best world-wide standards;
- You will be responsible to provide suggestions for regulatory changes, creating internal rules and update current regulatory framework to support implementation of new products;
- You will be a responsible to create customized capital markets industry specific presentations that support investment products and promote capital markets participants attraction;
- You will be in charge of analyzing macro-economic and financial data for capital markets specific reports and presentations.
About you:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is desirable;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Capital Markets, Economic research and investment products desirable;
- Expertise in assessment of technology infrastructure, capital markets development and review of business processes;
- A natural aptitude for tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, enabling you to effectively share your vision and work seamlessly with others;
- A highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
An ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience in financial institutions, understanding of investment products and their operational principles;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products;
- An understanding of business strategy;
- A fervent interest in advancing methodologies and procedures and a proactive approach to staying abreast of emerging industry trends and technologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex systems and make data-driven decisions;
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively;
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the capability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
