We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Manager to lead and manage our content strategy across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Plan, write, edit, and publish content across web, email, blogs, social media, and other channels.
- Manage a team of writers, freelancers, and content creators to ensure quality and consistency.
- Oversee content calendars and coordinate cross-functional content efforts (SEO, product, design, etc.).
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience, analyzing performance and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Maintain brand voice and ensure adherence to style and tone across all communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, editing, or content marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g, Google Analytics), and social media management tools.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
