We are looking for a highly skilled Event & Branding Delivery Cluster Manager to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of events and branding for the CIS Games 2025 within a specific region. This role requires a professional who is proficient in event coordination, team management, and brand implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Event & Branding Oversight: Lead the coordination and successful execution of all event logistics and branding installations across venues within the cluster.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of supervisors and coordinators, providing clear direction, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, and maintaining high performance.
- Brand Implementation: Ensure consistent and accurate application of CIS Games branding across all venues, including signage, banners, digital media, and event setups.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with local venue teams, vendors, government agencies, and sponsors to facilitate smooth event and branding execution.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure that all regional event and branding activities stay on budget and meet deadlines. Provide regular progress updates to the central event team.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational or logistical issues that arise during event execution, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports on event progress, branding installation, and any challenges or risks to the central management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in event management, branding, or large-scale project coordination, ideally within sports events or major public events.
- Leadership: Proven track record in managing teams, including supervisors and coordinators, across multiple locations or regions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets efficiently.
- Branding Knowledge: In-depth understanding of brand management, visual identity application, and event logistics.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Russian or other CIS languages) are an advantage.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently during project.
