About the Role

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Extranet & Product Specialist to manage our online inventory, supplier relations, and product development across multiple travel platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, experience in OTA/extranet systems, and a good understanding of both domestic and international tourism markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier & Product Management
• Create and maintain travel products across system.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, including room categories, meal plans, rate plans, seasonal updates, promotions, and policies.
• Conduct regular market research to keep pricing competitive and aligned with market trends.

Rate & Inventory Control

• Monitor availability, allocations, and stop sales daily.
• Update rates, promotions, and special offers across all platforms.
• Ensure all rates are correctly calculated, including taxes, markups, and currency conversions.

Supplier Relations

• Communicate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure the best commercial terms.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with hotels and service providers.
• Support contract acquisition and ensure timely renewal of agreements.

Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution

• Monitor booking status and system accuracy to prevent rate or availability errors.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues and secure alternative solutions when necessary.
• Manage reallocation procedures and ensure suitable alternatives for guests whenever required.

• Upload new products manually when needed.
• Oversee digital domestic tourism offerings and support growth of local travel products.
• Perform daily analysis of competitor pricing to ensure market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or OTA/extranet management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and manage large volumes of data.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve operational issues quickly.
• English and local language proficiency is mandatory. Russian is preffered.

Working conditions

• Work schedule: Full-time 5 days a week, shift work schedule on Saturdays
• Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00
