Key Functions
- Greet incoming guests warmly with a genuine smile, escort them to assigned dining area and present menus;
- Take care of guests from arrival to leaving the outlet according to standards
- Provide recommendations for customer service delivery, familiarize them with existing food and beverage assortment.
- Review customers' complaints about unsatisfactory service and implement appropriate organizational and technical measures.
- Control of hall, bar, showcase, provide cleanliness and comfort in the hall.
- Work closely in supportive and flexible way with other employees and departments under the slogan "We are a team!"
Job Requirements
- Effective communication skills with guests and staff
- Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
- Proficient in Azeri and English, Russian is an advantage
