Job Summary
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the hotel operation. Assists the General Manager in leading the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. Verifies the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees the operation of all property departments
- Verifies that all team members meet or exceed all brand requirements.
- Performs required annual Quality audit with GM
- Updates the General Manager regularly regarding operations, problems, policies, and administration information execution of quality management practices at operation level
- Oversees updates and revisions of long-term planning activities
Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Azeri, English, Russian language.
- Experience in hotel operations, or other service environments or experience managing in diverse cultures.
