Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Service Representative to handle phone and email service requests during overnight hours. This role is crucial in ensuring that our drivers receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from drivers between 5 PM and 8 AM.
  • Handle service requests related to fuel, road conditions, fines, Drivers Health issues, Traffic accidents and damage reports.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to drivers issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary, other (DE, FR,
  • IT - would be a bonus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working  handling overnight shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the transportation, logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of road regulations and fines/penalties.
  • Previous experience or good understanding in handling traffic accidents and vehicle damage claims (according EU law).
