Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Service Representative to handle phone and email service requests during overnight hours. This role is crucial in ensuring that our drivers receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from drivers between 5 PM and 8 AM.
- Handle service requests related to fuel, road conditions, fines, Drivers Health issues, Traffic accidents and damage reports.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to drivers issues.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary, other (DE, FR,
- IT - would be a bonus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working handling overnight shifts.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the transportation, logistics industry.
- Knowledge of road regulations and fines/penalties.
- Previous experience or good understanding in handling traffic accidents and vehicle damage claims (according EU law).
