Responsibilities
- ·Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned brands in line with local and global strategies.
- ·Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
- ·Lead the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) to build brand awareness and engagement.
- ·Prepare and monitor brand budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI tracking.
- ·Support the field force with product training, promotional tools, and clear communication of key messages.
- ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, sales, digital, and supply chain.
- ·Coordinate the development and production of print and POSM materials (brochures, leaflets, pharmacy visuals, etc.).
- ·Participate in demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and product availability.
- ·Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to support brand credibility.
- ·Track and report on brand performance, market share, and promotional effectiveness.
- ·Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and lifecycle management of assigned products
Requirements
- ·University degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
- ·Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical marketing or brand/product management.
- ·Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
- ·Strong analytical thinking, market insight, and strategic planning skills.
- ·Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ·Proficiency in MS Office tools
- ·Driving license and willingness to travel for business across Azerbaijan and internationally.
- ·Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- ·Creative mindset with an interest in brand storytelling and consumer engagement.
