We’re looking for a Mid-Level IT Recruiter to join our IT-recruiting team at Birmarket. You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top tech talent. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT recruitment, can manage the full-cycle hiring process independently, and is eager to grow in a team that values initiative and professionalism.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (from gathering requirements to making offers);
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team;
- Post job openings on relevant platforms;
- Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean Search, etc.);
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit;
- Guide candidates through all stages of the hiring process;
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM (Huntflow);
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes.
Who we’re looking for:
- 2-2.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Understanding of technical roles in Data, Engineering, Marketing Divisions;
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously; (3-4)
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with search tools;
- Good understanding of tech stacks and industry terminology;
- Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented mindset.
Nice to have:
- English proficiency level: B1
- Experience working with international teams.
