Birmarket is the largest marketplace in Azerbaijan. Our customer base and product assortment are growing rapidly, and along with them, the scale of our marketing activities.

We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager in the Brand squad (Growth tribe).

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the promo calendar (seasonal campaigns, pop-up activities, Black Friday, Back to School, etc.);
• Coordinate the work of all campaign participants — from commerce and design to SMM, Digital, and logistics;
• Manage content production: assign tasks to designers, copywriters, contractors;
• Monitor campaign launches across all channels and track results;
• Analyze effectiveness, prepare conclusions, and improve processes;
• Plan and control the budget;
• Propose new formats, ideas, and tools.

What you will face right now:

• Short deadlines (“from evening to next morning”);
• The need to quickly come up with and launch new campaigns.

Team:

You will work with a designer, a copywriter, SMM and Digital teams, as well as interact with commerce, logistics, and procurement.

Within your team:

• 2 Marketing Managers,
• 1 Marketing Specialist,
• 1 Junior Marketing Specialist,
• Squad lead.

You are a good fit if you have:

• 4+ years in marketing or brand communications (e-commerce/retail is a plus);
• Experience managing calendars, coordinating campaigns, and working with cross-functional teams;
• Production management skills (design, copywriting, media);
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and media analytics;
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets/presentations;
• Languages: Azerbaijani and Russian (mandatory), English (preferred).

Ideally:

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio);
• Ability to write clear production briefs;
• Knowledge of category management and sales principles.
