Job responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections for construction, installation, manufacturing and commissioning activities.
- Conduct acceptance inspections of materials, equipment and components and confirm compliance.
- Verify compliance of manufacturer, contractor and subcontractor work with approved procedures and specifications.
- Perform inspection and control activities in accordance with the requirements of the ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
- Identify and record non-conformances (NCR – Non-Conformance Report) and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Document test and inspection results and prepare reports.
- Participate in monitoring quality indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in audits and quality assessments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of project documents and quality records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum 3-5 years of QC experience in oil and gas, energy, construction or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, P&ID, isometric and other engineering documents.
- Working knowledge of Azerbaijani and English.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Experience working on international oil and gas and EPC projects.
- Experience participating in audit and quality assurance processes.
