Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing activities across a range of clients and industries. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly organized, with strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, and data tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for various brands.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs.
- Oversee social media strategy and content calendar development with the creative team.
- Conduct market and audience research and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage digital budgets and ensure efficient allocation of media spend.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present results to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate on website updates, landing pages, and SEO-driven improvements when needed.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies for clients across relevant platforms.
- Generate digital insights for client growth, including competitor, audience, and market analysis.
- Prepare performance presentations, insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Review and ensure the quality of digital content before publication (tone of voice, accuracy, technical requirements).
- Participate in client onboarding processes, setting KPIs, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, including strategy development, planning, and weekly updates.
- Develop digital strategies for new clients and participate in pitches and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani (both mandatory).
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience working with multiple brands in agencies (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Great communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and results.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
