Role Overview:

• As a Junior Graphic Designer at Bloom Group, you will work closely with senior designers and the creative team to bring ideas to life through visual design. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and execution of visual materials for marketing campaigns and brand projects 
• Create digital assets such as social media visuals, banners, simple presentations, and basic website materials 
• Assist in designing print materials including posters, flyers, brochures, POSM items, and event visuals 
• Adapt and localize existing creative materials according to brand guidelines 
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand identity and visual standards 
• Prepare design files for digital use and print production under supervision 
• Collaborate with designers, creatives, and account teams during the execution process 
• Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas when needed 
• Apply feedback constructively to improve design quality and skills 
• Follow design trends and tools to continuously improve visual output modern, competitive, and visually compelling. 

 ​​​​​​​Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in graphic design 
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign is a plus) 
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or basic UI/design tools is an advantage 
• Fundamental understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition 
• A portfolio demonstrating basic skills in digital and/or print design 
• Willingness to learn, improve, and take direction 
• Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines 
• Attention to detail and a responsible working attitude 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and basic video editing.
